Powder paint is sprayed on to the object and cured inside an Electric Oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees Centigrade. Therefore, the Powder Coated items resist heat and do not discolour due to sun rays. Hence the New Look is maintained through-out the usage of the item.
